We work with Cheikou Thiome of the Non-Government Organisation Dialaw Takkul (Dialaw Stand up) on their reforestation
project in the region of Yene. Comprising of 7 coastal villages 51 km south if Dakar , the NGO runs a reforestation project
with help from local women's groups , students , farmers and villagers to combat the effects of desertification and provide
a future source of income for the community by planting dimbah and neem trees.
www.skinsanstrings.com is supplying a high capacity step action pump from www.ecologics.co.nz for irrigation use on the project and assisting with funding and logistics. We are also looking at working
